Day 1: Orientation- Meet the team, get your schedule and complete documentation
Day 2: FX 101 - Learn all the basics you need to know about the Forex industry
Day 3: GuardMark 101- Crash course in GuardMark's history, technology, liquidity, and trading operations.
Day 4: GuardMark Products: Learn about what you're selling
Day 5: Sales 101, Policies, Procedures and Forms- Learn how to promote GM products and services with proven strategies and techniques. Learn how to use the tools provided
PAY STRUCTURE
Rookie Contract:
SALARY: 30,000 pesos/month
MONTHLY QUOTA: 500,000/month in client accounts
BONUS: 6% on additional client deposits
RETAIL/INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 15% on all trading flow
MANAGED ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 3% profit share on all of your clients gains
PRO Contract:
SALARY: 50,000 pesos/month
MONTHLY QUOTA: 750,000/month in client accounts
BONUS: 7% on additional client deposits
RETAIL/INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 20% on all trading flow
MANAGED ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 4% profit share on all of your clients gains
All Star Contract:
SALARY: 80,000 pesos/month
MONTHLY QUOTA: 1,000,000/month in client accounts
BONUS: 8% on additional client deposits
RETAIL/INSTITUTIONAL ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 30% on all trading flow
MANAGED ACCOUNT RESIDUALS: 5% profit share on all of your clients gains

- You will drive sales by providing prospective clients with educational resources, guidance and insight
- You will identify HNW prospects for GM's senior account executives
- You will actively follow financial markets. Proactively discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner with clients
- You will develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- You will execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process
- You will meet monthly Quotas that are set by you and your team leader
